By my comment I fully support the extradition of John Graham to the United States from Canada to stand trial for the criminal charges of kidnapping and the first degree murder of Anna Mae Pictou-Aquash on or about Dec. 12th, 1975.

I also believe that only a public trial, in which all the evidence can be scrutinized, is the proper forum in which justice can be served and at which all evidence will be revealed and made available to the public.
